Let me tell you about these trainers here, Nike Air Presto’s.
The first pair of Presto’s I brought were the Grey/White/Navy colour-way, from the FOOTASYLUM kids section (since I’m size 6, I can buy shoes from the kid’s section) and yes, I banged that NUS discount too.
The Grey/White/Navy Presto’s I have, have been brilliant, they’ve gotten me through some tough times. I took them to Iceland with me last December and wore them in the snow… not the best idea, the top of them are made from cotton mesh so they got totally soaked!
I brought the triple-black colour-way, that’s how comfortable they were, I just had to get them in black too.
They are one of the most comfortable kicks, I cannot emphasise how comfortable they are, really feels like you’re not wearing any shoes, that’s how light they are.
The midsole of the trainer is made from phylon and it includes an air-sole heel, which makes them easy to wear, especially for long periods of time. They’re also great to do large amounts of walking in too.
The only down-side to these trainers is that they take a mad amount of effort to physically put on your foot. I have to use two whole hands to place them on my feet and for a lazy person like myself, that is a lot of effort.
Nonetheless, if you’re not picky about having to put some elbow grease into putting your trainers on and you’d like a light-weight, feels-like-you’re-walking-on-air kind of sneaker then Nike Air Presto is defiantly for you.
You can cop your pair at most sneaker retailers, but I’m going to add the link to the Nike store because I’m loyal like that.
P.S. If you have the UNiDAYS app, you get 10% student discount off the Nike store.
