Yesterday’s birthday boy, Stevie Valentine dropped brand new visuals for his track, ‘Purpose.’
I mean, I’m not trying to sound bias or anything but I love every song Stevie drops, they all bang.
But this song really bangs!
I listen to artists such as Migos and Future on a daily basis and they don’t rap about females in the most commendable way. But, the lyrics in this track restored my faith in men.
Some men, not all, don’t get it twisted.
Stevie Valentine is a gospel rapper, but he gave us a lil’ insight of his music diversity in this track.
The chorus reads: “Baby don’t you know your smile is perfect/Don’t let nobody tell you that you’re worthless/And keep on chasing God, you got a purpose.” Valentine is preaching to the beautiful lady featured in the visuals and essentially to all aspiring young women out there trying to make it, don’t let nobody tell you that you’re worthless.
You can watch the wavy BoxMotionFilm-directed video above.
P.S. I’ve watched the visuals at least 7 times now, I need me a babes to make songs like this for me. *sigh*
