Buying a House: Insurance and Protections

Following on from my previous blog, when I had my mortgage application appointment, my consultant also went through buildings and contents insurance, life and critical illness cover and booked my income protection cover appointment too, to make sure I had insurance/cover for what I needed it for. This was a biggie for me because I am single and won’t have anyone else to depend on to pay the bills should anything happen to me, it was pretty crucial I had them.
